Your satisfaction with our products is our top priority. We confidently provide you with the opportunity to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. This gives you enough time to carefully evaluate your purchase and make sure it meets your expectations.

Return conditions

To return an item, please consider the following conditions:

  1. Item must be in original condition: Preferably original packaging.

  2. Return period: Return of goods must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

  3. Return processing - three options to choose from:

    Most of our products (manufacturers VLX, Vidaxl) are returned free of charge. We order a courier who arrives at the delivery address at the specified time and picks up the goods.

Return process

To make a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service: Contact us to notify us of your intention to return an item. We will provide you with the necessary information and instructions.

  2. Prepare the product: Pack the product in its original packaging with original accessories and labels.

  3. Send Item: Ship the item back to us using the instructions provided.

  4. Return Processing: We will process your return as quickly as possible and notify you of its status.

Please note

  • Shipping on returns will not be refunded unless the item was received in damaged or incorrect condition. (This does not apply to VLX, Vidaxl products).

  • We do not accept returns on items that have been damaged or damaged by you.

  • Remember! During the period of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the consumer has the right to use the product to the extent necessary to test the product (to the same extent as this could have been done before purchasing the product in a regular store). .
