1. Is delivery always free?
Supplies that we deliver from warehouses in Europe, within national borders, by courier service DPD, sent without commission. The buyer pays only for the purchased product. The cost of delivery of items from cooperation partners in Latvia is 2.00 euros. For each product there is information about delivery conditions and costs.
2. What payment methods are available?
Several payment options are available:
- Bank transfer - transfer the order amount to our bank account. The order will be processed after payment is received.
- Transfer via PayPal - having selected the appropriate payment method, you will be automatically redirected to the payment site , where you can make payment. Thanks to this, we will be able to fulfill your order faster.

3. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Any product purchased from our store can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery. Of course, an exchange is possible only if the item being exchanged is available; if not, the money will be returned.

The order fulfillment period is from 2 to 7 working days. A detailed maximum delivery date is stated directly with each item.
5. How quickly will I get my money back if I return the item?
The money for the goods will be returned within 3-5 working days (but no later than 14 working days) by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer.
